DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a supplement take 1 Tbsp. per day, up to 3 tablespoons per day, as substitution but not elimination of other fats and oils.
CAUTION: Some people may experience temporary stomach discomfort when consuming oil on an empty stomach. START SLOW. People with a sensitive stomach may desire to start with 1 tsp (5 mL) and work up to one serving. Consult a physician before use.
Our MCT is 100% vegan, and derived from only NON-GMO coconut and/or certified sustainable palm kernel oil. All ingredients in Mickey T Eight are certified RSPO (Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil) whose mission it is to make sustainable palm oil and palm oil derivatives the industry standard.
MCT oil should not be heated to temperatures above 150-160°C (302-320°F). High temperatures will oxidize and breakdown the oil.
We recommend cutting a small triangle shaped section out of the seal to make pouring easier. Unfortunately, due to the viscous nature of MCT oil you may experience some slight bottle drips.
